Former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Welterweight Champion Matt Serra heads to Drysdale Jiu-Jitsu for his second installment of "Fight Camp Insider," featuring none other than Forrest Griffin.

The original Ultimate Fighter (TUF) champion will complete his light heavyweight rubber match against Tito Ortiz on the main card of the UFC 148: "Silva vs. Sonnen 2" pay-per-view (PPV) event a week from tomorrow (Sat., July 7, 2012) at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Topics include shrinkage, mobile bukkake, "man-touching-man time" (code name for wrestling) and the toxicity of Ray Longo's ass. It's a wild and wacky ride with these two. They do get into the gym and do some training (eventually), but if you can make it the entire 10 minutes without laughing, then you either forgot it was Friday or have no soul.
