Video: The 'killer compound' of UFC 148's Tito Ortiz

What makes a compound "killer?"

Well, start by purchasing former boxing champion Oscar de la Hoya's mountain training compound in Big Bear, Calif., like ex-Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Light Heavyweight titleholder Tito Ortiz did back in 2007. Then add a former porn star and a Rolls Royce and you have what clearly qualifies as a "killer compound."

But will it be enough to propel him to victory?

"The People's Champion" will end his mixed martial arts (MMA) career by finishing his trilogy against Forrest Griffin at the UFC 148 pay-per-view (PPV) event on July 7, 2012 from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. After that, expect the former "Bad Boy" to call it a career.

At least he has plenty of toys to play with when he's finished fighting.
