UFC 148 weigh in results, information and details for 'Silva vs Sonnen 2' on July 6 in Las Vegas

The official weigh in event for UFC 148: "Silva vs. Sonnen 2" is set to take place on Friday, July 6, 2012 live from the UFC Fan Expo at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The first fighter is expected to tip the scale at 4 p.m. local time (7 p.m. ET).

As usual, MMAmania.com will provide a live video feed and up-to-the-second coverage of the UFC 148 weigh-ins, as well as provide a detailed recap of the festivities as soon as they conclude.

UFC 148 is where the two best middleweight fighters in the world, Anderson Silva vs. Chael Sonnen, will hook 'em up for a second time following a five-round nailbiter way back at UFC 117 in August 2010. And, just like before, "The Spider's" 185-pound title will be on the line.

For those fortunate enough to be in "Sin City" that weekend, remember the weigh-in is FREE to attend and open to the public. Doors to the weigh-in will open at 3 p.m. PT. In addition, UFC Fight Club members will be able to attend a special Q&A session with a fighter to be named at 2 p.m. PT.
