As any Beermaniac will tell you (and as detailed in the extraordinary "How Beer Saved The World" documentary), an ice cold beer was, and is, the ultimate post-workout drink.
It should come as no surprise then, to learn that Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) lightweight contender Jim Miller is brewing beer right in his own driveway in the suburbs of North Jersey. That is, when he's not hunting, fishing or making his own furniture.
But will he be able to build off his first round submission win over Melvin Guillard back in January?
Choking out "The Young Assassin" in Nashville earned him a shot at fellow aspiring contender Nate Diaz, who meets the AMA Fight Club product in the main event of UFC on FOX 3 a week from Saturday (May 5, 2012) at the IZOD Center in East Rutherford, NJ.
And if he wins, expect the afterparty to take place in Sparta -- right alongside a couple of Millers.
