Myles Jury set the stage to become a mixed martial arts (MMA) superstar when he was selected to be a participant on season 13 of The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) back in 2011.
Instead, the undefeated prospect, who has never left the first round in nine professional fights, found himself sidelined before the competition even began with a devastating knee injury, one severe enough to remove him from the show. The injury turned out to be a torn ACL and "The Fury" was forced to have surgery.
Ultimate Fighter, take two.
Now, after several months of rehabilitation, his knee is fully recovered and he's ready to get back inside the cage. The 23 year-old prospect will get a chance to pick up where he left off after dropping to lightweight and joining the cast of TUF 15, which makes its FX Channel debut at 9 p.m. ET on March 9, 2012.
Myles talks about his long road to recovery, after the jump.
