Ben Henderson vs. Nate Diaz full fight video preview for UFC on FOX 5

The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) returns to network television later tonight (Sat., Dec. 8, 2012) with UFC on Fox 5: "Henderson vs. Diaz" live from the KeyArena in Seattle, Washington.

And the lightweight championship will be up for grabs in the main event.

Despite two fairly impressive victories over Frankie Edgar, reigning 155-pound titleholder Ben Henderson hasn't been able to get the respect he feels he deserves. Defeating a game challenger in front of a large audience would go a long way in accomplishing that goal.

His opponent is Nate Diaz, the first fighter to earn a title shot with a victory on a FOX card to also cash said title shot in on a separate FOX card. It almost didn't happen, as the Stockton native intially missed weight before making it on his third attempt.

The stage is set. The lights will be as bright as ever with two elite martial artists eager to prove their merit.
