MMAFighting.com shutterbug extraordinaire, Esther Lin, was on the scene at Menzies Ballroom inside the Grand Hyatt Seattle (6th floor) in Seattle, Wash., earlier today (Dec. 5, 2012) to shoot several of the notable fighters who will compete at UFC on FOX 5: "Henderson vs. Diaz" this Saturday night (Dec. 8, 2012) for the event's open media workouts.
Naturally, the two men who will collide in the main event of the evening, Ben Henderson vs. Nate Diaz, were strutting their stuff to promote their world championship 155-pound main event, which is just the second title fight to headline a mixed martial arts (MMA) event on the national television network.
And both men appeared to mean business just a few days out from their five-round fight inside Seattle's KeyArena.
Former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Mauricio Rua, who will co-headline the the event opposite the upstart Alexander Gustafsson, appears to be in top form for the pivotal 205-pound showdown. Welterweights B.J. Penn and Rory MacDonald, as well as Mike Swick and Matt Brown, were also on hand to work up one of the last few real sweats prior to their respective 170-pound bouts this weekend in the "Emerald City."
