"Do you trane UFC?"
Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Heavyweight Champion Junior dos Santos will put his strap on the line when he throws hands opposite ex-division titleholder Cain Velasquez at the upcoming UFC 155 pay-per-view (PPV) fight card scheduled for the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, on Sat., Dec. 29, 2012.
And he wants to be in tip-top shape when he does.
To that end, "Cigano" is giving mixed martial arts (MMA) fans a sneak peek at his strength and conditioning routine, graciously hosted by Brazilian combat sports reporter Paula Sack. If you didn't notice her because you were too busy ogling Junior's sweaty muscles, it's cool bro, nobody's judging you.
Just make sure you pay attention to the workout.
Dos Santos must be doing something right. In addition to holding the heaviest belt in the promotion, the Brazilian bomber is 9-0 inside the Octagon with seven finishes. And I don't think he's ever been hurt, rocked, wobbled ... anything.
Best of luck, Cain.
