Hector Lombard wants to fight Michael Bisping -- but will settle for Mark Munoz

A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away, Michael Bisping and Mark Munoz said something negative about Hector Lombard. Now, the "Shango" strikes back.

Hector Lombard is new to this whole UFC thing, so you'll forgive him if he doesn't understand how the ZUFFA matchmaking works.

There are no triple-threat matches and you can't fight someone already booked to compete.

That didn't stop "Lightning" from calling out fellow middleweight contender Michael Bisping, who was "massively pissed off" earlier this year when UFC President Dana White teased a "Shango" title shot.

"I want Bisping. I don’t want to talk about it. Let’s sort it out in the cage. If not Bisping, then (Mark) Munoz. I want to fight in a couple of months, I’m healthy, no injuries. I’m ready."

Those were Lombard's words following his first-round destruction of Rousimar Palhares at last night's UFC on FX 6: "Sotiropoulos vs. Pearson" event from the Gold Coast Convention Centre in Queensland, Australia.

Bisping is already scheduled to fight Vitor Belfort at UFC on FX 7 next month in Brazil.

Not that it matters. Lombard is the same guy who promised to turn down a title shot against Anderson Silva just so he could clear his name at the expense of Mark Munoz, who said the Cuban-born Aussie "didn't earn his stripes."
