Every mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter has their signature moves.
Reigning Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) lightweight champion Ben Henderson is no different, and on FUEL TV's "UFC Ultimate Insider" show, "Smooth" was showcased on the "Signature Moves" segment.
In the video, Henderson breaks down three techniques --inside crescent kick into an axe kick, Muay Thai back-leg roundhouse kick and head in the chest blast double-leg takedown-- fans often see him execute inside the octagon.
Henderson's next fight takes place on Dec. 8, 2012, when he puts his lightweight strap up for grabs against The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) season 5 winner Nate Diaz in the main event of UFC on FOX 5 in Seattle, Washington.
