On an off weekend for the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), a pair of regional promotions took center stage in the form of Resurrection Fighting Alliance (RFA) and the World Series of Fighting (WSOF), who both held events in Las Vegas, Nevada, on Nov. 2 and 3, respectively.
A total of 44 fighters competed on the separate cards, and all 44 of them were tested for the usual steroids and drugs of abuse.
All 44 came back clean, according to Keith Kizer of the Nevada State Athletic Commission.
RFA 4 brought an exciting slate of mixed martial arts (MMA) action to the Texas Station Gambling Hall and Hotel featuring former UFC lightweight powerhouse Tyson Griffin taking out fellow Octagon vet Efrain Escudero.
Elsewhere on the card, Chidi Njokuani and Sergio Pettis picked up victories. For much more on that event click here and here.
