The official weigh in event for UFC on FOX 5: "Henderson vs. Diaz" is set to take place a week from Friday (Dec. 7, 2012) LIVE from the KeyArena in Seattle, Washington.
The first fighter is expected to tip the scale at 4 p.m. local time (7 p.m. ET).
As usual, MMAmania.com will provide a live video feed and up-to-the-second coverage of the UFC on FOX 5 weigh-ins, as well as provide a detailed recap of the festivities as soon as they conclude.
UFC on FOX 5 will be headlined by a lightweight title fight between reigning 155-pound champion Ben Henderson against division number one contender Nate Diaz.
In addition, Alexander Gustafsson will try to move to the head of the light heavyweight class when he tangles with former 205-pound champion Mauricio Rua, while B.J. Penn vs. Rory MacDonald will meet in a welterweight scrap that pits the old school opposite new.

For those fortunate enough to be in "Emerald City" that weekend, remember the weigh-in is FREE to attend and open to the public. Doors to the weigh-in will open at 3 p.m. PT. In addition, UFC Fight Club members will be able to attend a special Q&A session with a fighter to be determined at 2 p.m. PT.
