UFC 153 video preview for 'Silva vs Bonnar' in Rio

Stephan Bonnar will attempt to shock the world this weekend by defeating pound-for-pound kingpin Anderson Silva at UFC 153 in Brazil. Here's a closer look at what to expect this weekend in Rio.

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) is just days away from kicking off its UFC 153 pay-per-view (PPV) event, live from the HSBC Arena in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

"Silva vs. Bonnar" will feature a re-worked main event pitting reigning UFC Middleweight Champion Anderson Silva making his return to the light heavyweight division against sacrificial lamb Stephan Bonnar, who looks to overturn the pound-for-pound apple cart with an upset of epic proportions.

Anything can happen.

In the co-main event, Glover Teixeira tries to move to the head of the 205-pound class at the expense of body-punching boxer Fabio Maldonado while Erick Silva tries to use Jon Fitch as a stepping stone to bigger and better things at welterweight.

Remember: MMAmania.com will provide LIVE round-by-round, blow-by-blow coverage of the main card bouts on fight night (Sat., Oct. 13, 2012), which is slated to air at 10 p.m. ET on pay-per-view (PPV). The latest quick updates of the live action will begin to flow earlier than that around 8 p.m. ET with the "Prelims" match-ups on Facebook and FX.

It's going to be a fun night of fights so don't miss it. And remember to check us out for all the pre, during and post-fight UFC 153 coverage you can handle.
