UFC on FX 5: "Browne vs. Bigfoot" is all set to pop off later tonight (Fri., Oct. 5, 2012) from the Target Center in Minneapolis, Minn., featuring a hard-hitting heavyweight match up that pits hulking Hawaiian Travis Browne opposite Brazilian "Bigfoot" Antonio Silva in the main event of the evening.
Also on tap for the mixed martial arts (MMA) promotion's return to one of the two "Twin Cities" is a solid welterweight slugfest between 170-pound standouts Jake Ellenberger vs. Jay Hieron, as well as a Flyweight fiesta between John Dodson vs. Jussier da Silva that has 125-pound number one contender implications on the line.
That's not all.
Before we can get to the good stuff, however, all the competitors on tonight's fight card had to hit the scale to make sure they weren't carrying any extra baggage.
And not everyone held up their end of the bargain ... not even close.
