Well it looks like Michael Chiesa is not going to have as much notice for his UFC debut as he would have liked.

That's because his originally scheduled opponent for his official debut with the promotion since winning The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) season 15, Rafaello Oliveira, is out of their UFC on Fox 5 bout with a broken hand. News of the injury came by way of MMA Fighting, which reported that Oliveira injured his hand while training for the bout..

The unbeaten Chiesa is will remain on the card against Marcus LeVesseur, who steps in on short notice for the Dec. 8, 2012 event at the KeyArena in Seattle, Washington, according to The MMA Report.

Chiesa made a surprising run through the lightweight field to win the inaugural season of TUF on FX, defeating Johnavan Vistante, Jeremy Larson, Justin Lawrence, James Vick and Al Iaquinta along the way. LeVesseur was able to rebound from a debut loss to Cody McKenzie by defeating Carlo Prater via split decision at UFC on FX 5 earlier this month to even his record at 1-1 inside the Octagon.

UFC on FOX 5 is set for Key Arena in Seattle, and is locked and loaded with a lightweight championship match featuring Ben Henderson against Nate Diaz, a light-heavyweight bout between former champ Mauricio Rua and Alexander Gustafsson, and a prominent welterweight match between former champ B.J. Penn and rising star Rory MacDonald.
