UFC 155 adds Pickett vs. Wineland, Perez vs. Bloodworth to Dec. 29 fight card in Las Vegas

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) continues to populate its UFC 155: "Dos Santos vs. Velasquez 2" fight card, which emanates from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, live via pay-per-view (PPV) on Dec. 29, 2012.

In bantamweight action, Brad Pickett (22-6) will look to make it three in a row when he takes on Eddie Wineland (19-8). "One Punch" lived up to his nickname by pasting Yves Jabouin last month in Nottingham while Wineland is looking to build on his blistering knockout over Scott Jorgensen back in June.

That's not all.

Also getting their 135-pound hands dirty are Erik Perez (12-4) vs. Byron Bloodworth (6-2). "El Goyito" is the winner of seven straight, having recently stopped Ken Stone at UFC 150 last August. Meanwhile, Bloodworth is hoping to rebound from a close decision loss to Mike Easton last year on Versus.

A big win in "Sin City" could go a long way at getting two of these bantamweights "in the mix."

UFC 155 will feature a monster heavyweight rematch pitting current titleholder Junior dos Santos, against the man he took the 265-pound strap from last year, Cain Velasquez. Also scheduled for the year-end fight card is a light heavyweight tilt between Forrest Griffin and Phil Davis.

Solid match ups such as Tim Boetsch vs. Chris Weidman, Gray Maynard vs. Joe Lauzon and Alan Belcher vs. Yushin Okami, among others, are also expected to highlight the year-end extravaganza, as well.
