Quinton Jackson embarks on New York City 'Rampage'

Spend an hour with the former UFC champ as he rides the subway, eats at a deli and talks about his career.

Want to spend an hour watching Quinton Jackson as he roams the streets of New York with Ariel Helwani?

Jackson and I explored Times Square, ate at the world-famous Katz's Delicatessen and visited the diamond district in midtown Manhattan. We discussed his upbringing, his MMA highlights and lowlights, and his future in the sport. Jackson even rode the NYC subway for the first time.

You might as well, since it doesn't look like he's getting back inside the cage anytime soon. The former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Light Heavyweight Champion recently bowed out of his UFC 153 contest opposite Glover Teixeira due to an elbow injury.

Fortunately, it wasn't serious enough to keep him from dancing "Gangnam Style."

"Rampage" is coming off back-to-back losses to Jon Jones (UFC 135) and Ryan Bader (UFC 144) and is just one fight away from free agency. Perhaps he can settle his recent beef with former Ultimate Fighter (TUF) 10 contestant Matt Mitrione before riding off into the sunset?
