Ouch!
Former Strikeforce slugger Brett Rogers was panned for his tepid performance against Alexander Volkov at last weekend's (Oct. 5, 2012) Bellator 75 event, which emanated from "The Venue" at the Horseshoe Casino in Hammond, Indiana.
Now we know why.
"Da Grim" shares his pic (and his story) with Middle Easy:
"I've never broken anything. It was a surreal moment for me. I was like fuck - something ain't right. I need to keep going with this and hope for the best. Volkov definitely realized by the third round that something wasn't right, so he was trying to test me out from top to bottom. By the time we found it, it was just a little too late."
The unanimous decision loss drops Rogers to 12-5 in his professional mixed martial arts (MMA) career and he'll likely need a long vacation to get a break of that magnitude all patched up and back in working order.
