Tell us how you really feel!
Fossilized fight promoter Bob Arum, who in the past referred to MMA fighters as juiced-up homosexual skinheads, has once again drawn the ire of UFC President Dana White, this time for calling the Zuffa regime a mixed martial monopoly in the wake of its booming poularity.
So why the change in tune?
According to White, the boxing bigot's latest offense is borne from jealousy, because Arum had a chance to get in on the ground floor but didn't have the brains or the balls to give MMA a chance when the Fertitta brothers were risking everything to make it work.
"That idiot Bob Arum was talking the other day and screaming about a monopoly but in the beginning, he thought it was the funniest thing in the world that the Fertittas had bought this company because they were so stupid and how much money they were gonna lose because nobody wants to see men rolling around in their underwear and all the other ignorant, dumb stuff he's said about MMA over the last 10 years and now it's all about a monopoly. You know how much money we're going to lose on this fight? Argh ... there's so many things I could say about this dirtbag. He wasn't smart enough to do it, he didn't have the balls to do it, now he wants to cry about it and be jealous about what we have over here. F--k you, Bob."
White continues to outline the forward progress his promotion will make with its new FOX broadcasting debut, including the financial loss of putting pay-per-view fights on free TV, in his interview with Sherdog.com (after the jump).
What say you Maniacs ... sour grapes? Or is Arum just too dumb to know any better? Anyone (gasp) taking his side in all of this?
Sound off!
