Spike TV's "UFC Prelims" special for UFC 134: "Silva vs. Okami" on Aug. 27, 2011, averaged 1.3 million viewers, down slightly from the 1.4 million it scored for the UFC 133: "Evans vs. Ortiz 2" undercard offering back on Aug. 6.

The two-fight broadcast from the HSBC Arena in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, featured Rousimar Palhares having a "wanna get away?" moment after he prematurely celebrated victory against Dan Miller. He would, eventually, go on to earn a unanimous decision win.

Thiago Tavares rebounded from his one-hitter quitter knockout loss to Shane Roller by giving his home crowd even more to cheer about by smashing Spencer Fisher.

"UFC Prelims" for Aug. 27 pulled in a 0.9 household rating, including a 1.02 in males 18-49 and a 1.23 in males 18-34.

UFC 134: "Silva vs. Okami" featured UFC Middleweight Champion Anderson Silva defending his title for a record ninth time in a row with a second-round destruction of Yushin Okami in a rematch from five years ago.

Different year, same result.

Mauricio Rua blasted his way back into the win column and avenged his Octagon debut defeat by pasting Forrest Griffin inside the first round of their light heavyweight rematch.

And don't forget about Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira fending off Father Time -- and the unemployment line -- by knocking out Brendan Schaub in front of legions of adoring fans.
