Marloes Coenen signs with Black Eye Fighting Promotions, an upstart organization based in North Carolina. Here's what she said about it:
"I've got a three-fight, non-exclusive deal with Black Eye Promotions. It's a new promotion that is based in North Carolina. I've met the owners of it and when I talked to them, they're honest passion is what really made me decide to choose them instead of another organization. I know I have a chance to go back to Strikeforce because they're negotiating again (with Golden Glory) but these people are really passionate to build a platform for women in the sport and to make strong divisions and they help me with that, inside and outside the cage."
