UFC 134 contest courtesy of MMAmania.com and Hayabusa

Here we go again!

We're back with another contest. And once again our fast friends at Hayabusa -- a leader in producing the world's finest MMA apparel, gloves and gear -- have raised the stakes, giving away a treasure trove of valuable training merchandise.

In particular, a Mizuchi Rash Guard ($60 value), Shiai Fight Shorts ($67 value), Falcon Hoodie ($69 value) and Mesh Gear Bag ($60). To see the merchandise at stake visit the website right here. Top prize winners choose what they want in order of final standings.

MMAmania.com is proud to announce a UFC 134: "Rio" contest give-a-way is currently underway and will remain in effect until Saturday night (Aug. 27, 2011) at 6 p.m. ET. What do you have to do to win?

It's simple … follow us after the jump for complete details:

Just provide predictions for the following fights that feature Hayabusa-sponsored fighters who will be in action this weekend in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil (Note: Hayabusa-sponsored fighters have an "H" next to their names):

  1. (H) Brendan Schaub vs. Antonio Rogerio Nogueira
  2. (H) Stanislav Nedkov vs. Luiz Cane
  3. (H) Dan Miller vs. Rousimar Palhares
  4. (H) Spencer Fisher vs. Thiago Tavares
  5. (H) Yves Jabouin vs. (H) Ian Loveland

Winners will be determined on a points system. For example, if you pick a Hayabusa-sponsored fighter to win, and he does, you will be awarded 10 points. Here's the catch: If you pick a fighter NOT sponsored by Hayabusa, and he does, you get just five (5) points.

Choose wisely, but if you're on the fence, the five-point incentive will probably make your final decision a little easier.

We will also provide three (3) points for the method and round. So if you pick a Hayabusa-sponsored fighter to win, and he does, as well as accurately predict how he does it and when, you will earn 16 total points.

The Maniac with the most points after the five fights are over wins the grand prize. One entry per reader ... so make it count!

Remember to include the winner, method and round in your responses. For example, your entry should look something like this:

Brendan Schaub via unanimous decision in round three
