UFC Fight Night 25 weigh ins results, information and details from New Orleans on Sept. 16

The official weigh-in event for UFC Fight Night 25: "Shields vs. Ellenberger" is scheduled to take place at New Orleans' Spanish Plaza in New Orleans, Louisiana, on Friday, Sept. 16, 2011.

It is currently scheduled to air live on MMANation.com, with MMAmania.com providing live updates of all the results as they unfold. The first fighter is expected to tip the scale at 6:30 p.m. ET.

As usual, MMAmania.com will provide the latest coverage of the UFC Fight Night 25 weigh-ins, as well as provide a detailed recap of the festivities as soon as they conclude.

"Shields vs. Ellenberger" will feature former top welterweight title contender Jake Shields making his return to action for the first time since his loss to Georges St. Pierre against a "Juggernaut," Jake Ellenberger.

Also booked for the card is the return of Alan Belcher from a career-threatening eye injury, as he'll take on Jason MacDonald in middleweight action.

185 lbs.: Court McGee vs. Dongi Yang
145 lbs.: Jonathan Brookins vs. Erik Koch
185 lbs.: Alan Belcher vs. Jason MacDonald

155 lbs.: Cody McKenzie vs. Vagner Rocha
155 lbs.: Shamar Bailey vs. Evan Dunham
170 lbs.: Lance Benoist vs. Matt Riddle
135 lbs.: Ken Stone vs. Donny Walker
155 lbs.: Clay Harvison vs. DaMarques Johnson
170 lbs.: Daniel Roberts vs. T.J. Waldburger
145 lbs.: Mike Lullo vs. Mackens Semerzier
170 lbs.: Justin Edwards vs. Jorge Lopez

For those fortunate enough to be in the "Big Easy" that weekend, remember the weigh-in is FREE to attend and open to the public. Doors to the weigh-in will open around 5:30 p.m. local time.

In addition, UFC Fight Club members will be able to attend a special Q&A session with undefeated heavyweight Matt Mitrione before the weigh-ins kick off.

Remember that MMAmania.com will provide LIVE round-by-round, blow-by-blow coverage of the main card action on fight night (Saturday, Sept. 17), which is slated to air at 9 p.m. ET on Spike TV. The latest quick updates of the live action will begin to flow earlier than that around 7 p.m. ET with the preliminary bouts.
