After UFC 126 which featured a middleweight title fight between Brazilian champion Anderson Silva and Brazilian superstar Vitor Belfort, the UFC is beginning to make major inroads in Brazil. It's only fitting since MMA was largely born in Brazil, the home of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

The UFC returns to Rio de Janeiro for UFC 134 on August 27. Anderson Silva, still champion after a brilliant KO of Belfort, will defend his title against Yushin Okami. Former light heavyweight champ Mauricio Rua will rematch Forrest Griffin, the man who welcomed him to the UFC with a rear naked choke in 2007.

Legendary heavyweight Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira will try to fend off fast rising heavyweight Brendan Schaub who'll be looking to make a name for himself by beating "Big Nog". Currently Silva is the only Brazilian other than featherweight Jose Aldo who holds a UFC belt.

Heavyweight Junior dos Santos will be vying for the title in the fall. Former champ Lyoto Machida is in the hunt for Jon Jones' 205lb title.
