The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) 14 coach Jason Miller was arrested back on August 6, 2011, for allegedly assaulting his sister, according to a report from TMZ.
MMA Fighting has more:
According to the Sheriff's Office in Chatham County, North Carolina, the 30-year-old Miller was arrested for simple assault and false imprisonment. He was released under a $5,000 secured bond.
"Mayhem" was reportedly horsing around at a house party in North Carolina, putting his sister in a headlock and refusing to let go after she tried to leave.
Miller was subsequently arrested and has since been released, but has declined to comment on the altercation.
The "Bully Beatdown" host was initially slated to make his Octagon return at UFC 132 back on July 2 in Las Vegas, Nevada; however, the promotion needed a trash-talking middleweight to coach TUF 14 when Chael Sonnen failed to get re-licensed in time for production.
His recent run-in with the law is not expected to jeopardize his upcoming fight against Michael Bisping at the TUF 14 live finale this December.
