For fans of mixed martial arts, this past week has been a slow crawl of steadily rising anticipation for tonight's "Fedor vs. Henderson" event, going down at the Sears Centre in Hoffman Estates, Illinois.
The Showtime televised event will feature the second leg of the promotion's heavyweight tournament, including match-ups that pit legendary Russian heavyweight Fedor Emelianenko against current Strikeforce Light Heavyweight Champion Dan Henderson.
Also on the docket is a women's bantamweight title fight, as Marloes Coenen puts her strap on the line against the increasingly popular Miesha Tate. Paul Daley vs. Tyron Woodley and Robbie Lawler vs. Tim Kennedy are also set to pop off.
