The official weigh-in event for UFC 133: "Evans vs. Ortiz II" is tentatively scheduled to take place at the Wells Fargo Arena in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on Friday, August 5, 2011.
It is currently scheduled to air LIVE right here on MMAmania.com, as well as several other online destinations, via streaming video. The first fighter is expected to tip the scale at 4 p.m. ET.
As usual, MMAmania.com will provide the latest coverage of the UFC 133 weigh-ins, as well as provide a detailed recap of the festivities as soon as they conclude.
"Evans vs. Ortiz II" will feature a reworked light heavyweight main event between former 205-pound straphangers Rashad Evans and Tito Ortiz. Also booked for "The City of Brotherly Love" is a middleweight mash-up pitting Vitor "The Phenom" Belfort against Japanese superstar Yoshihiro Akiyama.
In addition, Rich "Ace" Franklin will look to re-insert himself into the light heavyweight elite with a victory over the always game but currently struggling Antonio Rogerio Nogueira.

For those fortunate enough to be in Philly at the beginning of next month, remember the weigh-in is FREE to attend and open to the public. Doors to the weigh-in will open at 3:00 p.m. ET for the general public.
In addition, UFC Fight Club members will be able to attend a special Q&A session with former middleweight number one contender Chael Sonnen prior to that at 2 p.m. local time.
