The official weigh-in event for Bellator 46 took place today (June 24, 2011) at the Seminole Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in advance of tomorrow night's card, which airs live on MTV2 at 9 p.m. ET, in Hollywood, Florida.

Of the 18 fighters who weighed in, 17 of them made weight including all the main card fighters. Only David Baggett had to do the walk of shame, weighing in over five pounds over the 186 pound limit. He'll likely have to negotiate a catchweight bout with his opponent and forfeit a portion of his fight purse if he wants to fight tomorrow night.

Saturday's show will feature the first round of Bellator's featherweight tournament in what has been dubbed the "Summer Series."

The featherweight tournament will be holding its quarterfinals as top ranked 145-pounders like Marlon Sandro, Ronnie Mann and Nazareno Malegarie will all be competing..

The tournament will also feature season two lightweight tournament winner Pat Curran as he drops down to featherweight to compete in his more comfortable and natural weight class. Many expect Curran to instantly be a contender for the title in the division.
