UFC Canada to unveil nationwide community initiative on April 26 in Toronto

Canada finally opened its borders for mixed martial arts, and now Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) is ready to show its appreciation.

UFC lightweight Sam Stout will join Canadian Director of Operations Tom Wright at Toronto’s Cabbagetown Youth Centre tomorrow (Tuesday, April 26, 2011) to unveil the promotion's nationwide community initiative aimed at helping at-risk communities across the country.

From the official press release:

UFC fighter Sam Stout will join Director of Canadian Operations, Tom Wright, at Toronto's Cabbagetown Youth Centre (CYC). Originally founded in 1972 as the Cabbagetown Boxing Club, the CYC has expanded to meet the growing needs of the community to provide a complete range of recreational, social and educational & skill development programs for all ages, while maintaining a specific focus on at-risk children and youth.
