Steady as she goes, Captain.
The ratings are in for episode four of The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) 13, and while they're nothing to write home about, they're at least on par with last week's average.
According to numbers released today by Spike TV, the latest episode garnered a 0.93 household rating (including a 1.24 in males 18-49 and a 1.23 in males 18-34) for an average audience of 1.3 million viewers, about even with the previous week's 1.3 million.
While not exactly significant, these numbers may be an indication that the reality television show, which initially struggled to capture an audience (even with the participation of box-office big timer Brock Lesnar) may have settled in to some level of consistency.
Here's how the numbers stack up to date:
Episode 1: 1.5 million viewers
Episode 2: 1.2 million viewers
Episode 3: 1.3 million viewers
Episode 4: 1.3 million viewers
Four episodes down, six to go.
TUF 13 episode four saw Team Dos Santos jump out to a 3-1 lead after Ramsey Nijem choked out Team Lesnar's Charlie Rader. Matt Hughes was a special guest coach and Brock yelled at his team.
Good times.
