In the build-up to Jon Jones title winning performance against Mauricio Rua at UFC 128 on March 19 in New Jersey, we heard an awful lot about Arthur Jones, Jon's brother.

Apparently, he's an extremely proficient wrestler, which he used to reportedly help "Bones" shore up his grappling game in preparation for his fight against "Shogun." It appeared to pay huge dividends but who, exactly, is Arthur Jones?

He's a defensive lineman for the Baltimore Ravens, a hard-nosed football team well-known for its tenacity. He was also a wrestler in college, along with a few of his teammates, one of whom goes by the name of Kelly Gregg.

If you don't know Gregg, he's a long-time veteran of the Ravens, having played 11 seasons at one of the toughest positions in the game, defensive tackle. He's also a guy who has flirted with the idea of making the move over to MMA.

He even called out Brock Lesnar in 2009 saying, "I want to fight Brock Lesnar ... because I know I can beat him."

Thankfully, through the wonderful medium of Twitter, we can kill two birds with one stone and find out just how good both Jones and Gregg are. They engaged in a little grappling match in the Ravens locker room and the video, shot by Baltimore running back Ray Rice (via USA Today), is embedded after the jump.

Kelly Gregg, the next UFC heavyweight champion?
