So it came as no surprise that he took home top honors, as well as more "Axe Murderer" swag, with his impressive display of fandom to become the 'Ultimate" Wanderlei Silva fan winner in our Round 5-sponsored contest last year.
This time around we decided to even the playing field, opening up the competition to include not only favorite fighters, but entire collections (or obsessions) related to mixed martial arts.
Yep, you guessed it, MMAmania.com is back with another contest give-a-way. And even though we've widened the submission requirements to include everyone, we're still sticking to our guns and only giving away cool stuff.
In association with Round 5, the high end retailer responsible for mixed martial arts' most recognizable collectible figurines and merchandise, we will award the "Ultimate UFC/MMA Fan" with a Round 5 prize package that includes none other than newly-crowned UFC Light Heavyweight Champion, Jon Jones.

So what do you have to do to get your hands on Jon Jones without eating a spinning back elbow? It’s quite simple, really:

STEP 2: In the comments section below, tell us the reason you are the "Ultimate UFC/MMA Fan." Feel free to be creative and upload pictures and videos to help your chances of winning. Autographs, anecdotes, photos, MMA man caves/shrines -- closets stuffed with MMA paraphernalia. If you've got it, we want to see it. Don't be shy ... you never know!

The contest ends on Saturday, April 2 at 11:59 pm ... so respond NOW before it's too late! The MMAmania.com cast and crew will then select the top three submissions and let our readers pick the winner.
