Strikeforce adds Bobby Green vs Alonzo Martinez to Jan. 7 preliminary card

The Strikeforce: "Rockhold vs. Jardine" fight card picked up a last-minute addition to its preliminary line-up set for Jan. 7, 2012, at "The Joint" from the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The five-fight main card will air live via Showtime at 10 p.m. ET on fight night; however, Showtime Extreme will broadcast the event's prelim bouts earlier in the evening.

Joining the fray will be lightweight mixed martial arts up-and-comer Bobby Green, as he tries to make it three in a row against storied veteran and Strikeforce debutante Alonzo Martinez.

The "King" is coming off consecutive wins over Charon Spain and James Reese while "Zo Diddy" bagged back-to-back victories over Spain and Mario Ramos.
