"The UFC offered me a fight for the title right away, but that would mean I'd have to wait six months. I'm a fighter who likes to stay active and I stated that to the UFC and basically they came up with Brock Lesnar. That was just a challenge I couldn't refuse. Brock doesn't like to get hit and that's exactly what I'm gonna do to him. I'm gonna hit him. And I'm gonna hit him as hard as I can. I'm pretty good at it. If you guys think Cain Velasquez hits hard, wait until you see what I'm gonna do to him."
Remember when Cain Velasquez spun Brock Lesnar like a dreidel back at UFC 121? That was nothing compared to what Alistair Overeem is going to do to Lesnar at UFC 141 this Friday night (Dec. 30, 2011) at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. "Demolition Man" is planning on knocking him out in a heavyweight challenge he "couldn't refuse," but should he be careful with what he wishes for? Anyone think the Strikeforce, DREAM and K-1 champion is overlooking his "Sin City" foe? Or will it be as quick and brutal as he's expecting it to be?
