Ultimate Fighter (TUF) 14 ratings drop for episode three, average 1.3 million viewers

The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) 14 ratings are in for episode number three of the reality show in its final season on Spike TV and the numbers are just a tad alarming.

That's because the not only did the third episode fail to build on the solid viewership of the first two episodes, it actually experienced a significant drop.

According to numbers released by Spike TV, the latest episode garnered a 1.0 rating (including a 1.30 in males 18-49 and a 1.51 in males 18-34) for an average audience of 1.3 million viewers, down from the previous weeks 1.6 million.

Not good.

What's worse, these numbers look rremarkably similar to those of TUF 13 around the same time, which was easily the lowest rated season in the history of the once popular show.

Here's a look at how the numbers stack up to date:

Episode one: 1.5 million
Episode two: 1.6 million
Episode three: 1.3 million

Three episodes down, nine to go.

TUF 14 episode three featured the usual TUF house shenanigans with failed pranks, debauchery and news of one of the contestants sporting an extra testicle.

Oh and Johnny Bedford won a unanimous decision over Josh Ferguson.
