Scott Jorgensen will welcome Jeff Curran back to the Octagon at UFC 137: "Penn vs. Diaz" this Saturday night (Oct. 29, 2011) live from the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Jorgensen (12-4) made a successful transition to the UFC when he buried Ken Stone at The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) 13 Finale back in June. It was just the second (T)KO win in the "Young Gun's" career but his tenth finish overall.
It's no surprise then to see him pegged as the -450 favorite.
Or maybe it is, considering Curran (33-13-1) walks into the cage this weekend with 47 fights to his credit. "The Big Frog" is 4-1 over his last five fights after rebounding from an abysmal four-fight losing streak in the WEC.
The oddsmakers aren't impressed and have labeled Curran the +350 underdog.
