The UFC is coming to network television thanks to a landmark deal spanning seven years and valued at $100 million. The debut show, UFC on FOX 1, is set for Nov. 12, 2011, at the Honda Center in Anaheim, California, at 9 p.m. ET.

But the promotion is hitting the FOX airwaves even sooner than that.

That's because the network recently announced it will premiere a one-hour special titled "UFC Primetime" on Sunday, Oct. 30, 2011, that will provide a glimpse into the behind-the-scenes preparations of heavyweight champion Cain Velasquez as he gets set to take on division number one contender Junior dos Santos.

Right alongside FOX football.

UFC on FOX "Primetime" will air before or after your local gridiron gang, depending on your geographical market. Be sure to check local listings as we get closer to showtime.

After the jump you can catch a glimpse of the first few minutes that will air this Sunday night.
