"I can’t wait for the fight to see Tito get his ass kicked, I think that’s what’s going to happen. You never know. I think he’s still in good shape. I can’t wait because I want to fight either of those guys... In my mind I still can beat them. I respect them both, but with Nogueira the last fight I had a serious injury before that and I think it was not a fair fight, and the fans want to see the real deal. Same with Tito, it was a short notice kind of deal and it was a long time ago, and a lot of fans keep asking me about it and I think it will be a good thing to happen."
Well-traveled mixed martial arts veteran Vladimir Matyushenko, who came back from a whooping against Jon Jones to finish Alexandre Ferreira at UFC 122 in Germany, wants to avenge his losses to Tito Ortiz (unanimous decision) and Antonio Rogerio Nogueira (knockout), who will face off in the main event of UFC Fight Night 24 on March 26 in Seattle. Since a loss for "The Huntington Beach Bad Boy" will likely earn him his walking papers, he may be facing a "Lil' Nog" rematch in late 2011. Or has Nogueira already surpassed him in the light heavyweight pecking order? Any fight fans clamoring to see one of these two guys throw hands with the Belarusian one more time?
