UFC 113 bonuses and awards for 'Machida vs Shogun II' PPV fights

UFC 113: "Machida vs. Shogun II" from the Bell Centre in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, has officially wrapped, which means that it’s time for those select fighters who went above and beyond in their respective fights to get a little extra grease for their efforts.

To the tune of $65,000 each.

The promotion dished out its standard post-fight monetary bonuses to four out of the 22 fighters on the card. And it may not surprise you which combatants are leaving the "The 5-1-4" with a little extra green.

In addition to their base salaries, the UFC awarded lightweight competitors Jeremy Stephens and Sam Stout "Fight of the Night" for their thrilling three rounds of wall-to-wall action.

The "Lil' Heathen" threw his own "Hands of Stone," earning the split decision victory and taking home a nice fat check for 65k -- the same check that may ease the pain of losing for Stout.

Representing the 185-pound weight class was the resurgent Alan Belcher. "The Talent" shrugged off an aggressive Patrick Cote with a brutal pile-driver that set up a rear naked choke win and a windfall of cash for his slick "Submission of the Night."

Also bringing home the proverbial bacon was new UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Mauricio Rua. "Shogun" pulled the trigger on Saturday night, turning Lyoto Machida inside-out to grab "Knockout of the Night" after making his fellow Brazilian go stiff in the opening frame.

Here are the special fight bonuses for UFC 113:

Fight of the Night — Jeremy Stephens vs. Sam Stout
Submission of the Night — Alan Belcher
Knockout of the Night — Mauricio Rua

Again, each fighter received $65,000 extra for their performances in addition to their respective base salaries, which we will pass along as soon as possible.
