UFC 111: "St. Pierre vs. Hardy" is set to take place this Saturday (March 27) from the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey featuring a welterweight battle for the title between current champion Georges St. Pierre and brash hard-hitting challenger Dan Hardy.
In addition, heavyweights Frank Mir and Shane Carwin will square off in an interim title fight for the right to take on Brock Lesnar sometime later this year. And top welterweights Jon Fitch and Thiago Alves are set to throw down for a second time as each man looks to stake their claim to the number one contender spot.
In preparation for this weekend's showdown in the 'Garden State,' the UFC will hold a pre-fight press conference featuring the major players from the event including Georges. St. Pierre, Dan Hardy, Frank Mir, Shane Carwin, and of course, UFC president Dana White.
