Tick-tock, tick-tock, tick-tock...
That's the official Canadian cash cow countdown, for the millions (and millions) of die-hard "Rush" fans who are expecting to make a mint this Saturday night (Dec. 11) at the UFC 124 pay-per-view event from the Bell Centre in Montreal.
Will Georges St. Pierre beat Josh Koscheck (again)? The oddsmakers seem to think so, keeping the UFC welterweight champion aloft as a comfortable -400 favorite.
The Koscheck war wagon, by comparison, continues to chug along as the +300 underdog.
If the words "Matt Serra" still haunt you, no worries, there's plenty of other action worth taking a look at for the promotion's trip up north.
Despite being 7-1 in the UFC and 18-2 overall, the venerable Jim Miller is a +110 underdog to Brazilian phenom Charles Oliveria, who's been imported as a -140 favorite for their lightweight scrap.
And if you think Sean McCorkle can walk the walk as good as he can trash the talk, "Big Sexy" is flying under the radar at +120 against fellow walking stick Stefan Struve (-150).
