UFC fighter salaries and paydays for The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) 12 Finale

The official fighter purses for those who competed at The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) 12 Finale this past Saturday night (Dec. 4) from the "The Pearl" at The Palms Resort and Casino were released earlier today by the Nevada State Athletic Commission (NSAC).

As expected, main card participants and UFC veterans Stephan Bonnar ($62,000) and Demian Maia ($80,000) were the big earners of the night. "The American Psycho" earned his keep with a unanimous decision over Igor Pokrajac ($10,000) while Maia got rich from his mistreatment of Kendall Grove ($28,000).

Newly crowned TUF 12 champion Jonathan Brookins banked a meager $16,000 when all was said and done but also pocketed a "six-figure" contract for outpointing Michael Johnson ($8,000) in the night's main event.

Keep in mind the salaries listed above do not include fight bonuses, sponsorships, percentages and other unofficial payments. It also does not include deductions for expenses such as insurance, taxes, etc.
