Programming reminder: 'Countdown to UFC 124' debuts tonight (Dec. 6) on Spike TV

Countdown to UFC 124: "St. Pierre vs. Koscheck II" will debut tonight (Dec. 6) at 7:00 p.m. ET on Spike TV to promote the upcoming pay-per-view (PPV) event scheduled for the Bell Centre in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, on Saturday, Dec. 11.

The network special will provide a glimpse into the preparation and training camps of the fighters set to headline the show, featuring current UFC Welterweight Champion Georges "Rush" St. Pierre and division number one contender Josh Koscheck.

UFC.com currently lists replays of "Countdown to UFC 124" at the following times:

Thursday, Dec. 9 at 6 p.m. ET
Saturday, Dec. 11 at 12 a.m. ET (Friday night into Saturday morning)
