Matt Lindland came into his fight with Robbie Lawler with a heavy edge in the grappling department.
It's too bad the fight never went to the floor.
Roughly a minute in, after a bit of exchanging, Lawler landed a hard uppercut that stunned the "Law." He followed up with a monster right hand that dropped the Team Quest member.
Lawler followed up with a "Ruthless" shot, coming down hard with a punch to the downed Lindland that put him on queer street. After a few minutes he was finally able to get to his stool but it was an emphatic end to a short night of work for Lawler.
With a performance like that, is a title shot in order?
