Jersey sure.
A few of the Tom's River faithful are plunking down some serious coin as we head into the UFC 125: "Edgar vs. Maynard" pay-per-view on Jan. 1 in Las Vegas.
That's because event headliner and UFC Lightweight Champion Frankie Edgar is an underdog for the third straight time in 2010, gold belt and all.
Maybe it has something to do with the only loss of his career, which just so happened to come at the hands of "The Bully" at UFC Fight Night 13 back in April 2008.
Or maybe the bookies just don't like kids from New Jersey.
Either way, "The Answer" was provided by BetUS at +110 compared to Maynard's -140.
Also representing the dawgs is former PRIDE "Fireball," Takanori Gomi (+120), who will try to capitalize on his bone-crunching knockout over Tyson Griffin in a lightweight test against the carpentry (and epic hairdo) of Clay Guida (-150).
But that's not all.
