UFC 124: "St. Pierre vs. Koscheck 2" from the Bell Centre in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, has officially wrapped, which means that it's time for those select fighters who went above and beyond in their respective fights to get a little extra grease for their efforts.
For the first (and probably last) time in the history of the promotion, UFC fans were allowed to choose the "Fight of the Night" recipients through an Online voting system promoted throughout the event.
And since they selected the lopsided main event featuring Georges St. Pierre vs. Josh Koscheck, UFC President Dana White let it be known that the general public was perhaps not ready for the awesome responsibility of determining who is the most deserving duo.
Lightweight re-bounder Mac Danzig was probably the one fighter who could leave his fight in the hands of the fans and still get paid. That's because his "Knockout of the Night" sent Joe Stevenson to the corner of Lights and Out.
Splitting "Submission of the Night" were Mark Bocek and Jim Miller as they both submitted fantastic grapplers in their respective lightweight contests.
Bocek went all geometrical on Dustin Hazelett with a suffocating triangle while Miller shot out the tires on the Charles Oliveira war wagon with a painful kneebar.

Fight of the Night - Georges St. Pierre ($100,000) vs. Josh Koscheck ($100,000)
Knockout of the Night - Mac Danzig ($100,000)
Submission of the Night - Jim Miller ($50,000) and Mark Bocek ($50,000)
Again, each fighter received $100,000 extra for their performances ($50,000 for Bocek and Miller) in addition to their respective base salaries, which we will pass along as soon as possible.
