UFC 110: Igor Pokrajac vs James Te Huna in the works for Feb. 21

Octagon sophomore Igor Pokrajac has been penciled in to face off against promotion newcomer James Te Huna at UFC 110, tentatively scheduled for the Acer Arena in Sydney, Australia, on Feb. 21 according to Fighter's Only.

Pokrajac is perhaps best known as the former top sparring partner of Mirko "Cro Cop" Filipovic, who is also in talks to appear in Sydney opposite "Big" Ben Rothwell. Igor had his eight fight win streak snapped in his UFC debut against Vladmir Matyushenko at UFC 103: "Franklin vs. Belfort" back in September.

Prior to that he toppled Kalvis Gebauers via technical knockout at WFC 8: "D-Day" in April 2009. Pokrajac has faced notable opponents such as Assuerio Silva and Mamed Khalidov, but came up empty on both attempts. It’s safe to say he'll be looking to get back to his winning ways against the big Te Huna.

Training with the Elite Fight Gym in Sydney, the Australia native has strung together six straight wins and finished his last four by way of (T)KO. His August 21 knockout of former UFC competitor Anthony "The Hippo" Perosh illustrated just how dangerous the New South Wales native can be on his feet.

Don't be surprised to see this one end early.

UFC 110 is expected to feature International superstars Wanderlei "The Axe Murderer" Silva and Yoshihiro "Sexyama" Akiyama in a hard-hitting 185-pound brawl that pits sexy vs. psycho. Perennial middleweight contender Nate Marquardt is also being considered as a possible opponent for the suddenly relevant Chael Sonnen.
