Fans in the New York City area are encouraged to check out the first ever New York Mixed Martial Arts Expo held at the Long Island Marriot on Sunday August 2 from 10:30am to 3:30pm ET.
Sponsored by the Fighter Warehouse NY, the event will help push for sanctioning of MMA in the state of new York where it is currently unregulated. A full size cage will be on hand for live demonstrations from local MMA schools.
Also scheduled to appear are MMA stars of past and present including Ron Van Clief, Tim Kennedy, Jens Pulver, Andrei Arlovski, Clay Guida, Jamie Varner and Orlando Rivera.
