Online ticket sales for UFC 78: "Validation" on November 17 at the Prudential Center in Newark, N.J., begin this week depite information we passed along a few days ago from the official UFC Web site.

UFC Fight Club Presale: Tuesday, October 2 at 10 am ET.
Newsletter Presale: Thursday, October 4 at 10 am ET.
General Sales: Saturday, October 6 at 10 am ET.
There is still no official announcement regarding the main event.
The Tito Ortiz-Dan Henderson rumor that emerged late last week appears to be just that -- a rumor. FightLinker.com heard word over the weekend that it could be a rematch between Ortiz and Wanderlei Silva. And, of course, there is the "other" possible rematch between Ortiz and Rashad Evans.
