World Extreme Cagefighting (WEC) Lightweight Champion "Razor" Rob McCullough will defend his 155-pound title against Richard Crunkilton Jr. at WEC 30 tonight on the Versus cable channel.
The FREE televised event from "The Joint" in the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, will begin at 9 p.m. ET with the main card action. Check local listings for the Versus channel lineup in your area.
In addition to the McCullough-Crunkilton clash, WEC Bantamweight Champion, Chase Beebe, will put his 135-pound title on the line against challenger, Rani Yahya.
Former UFC welterweight, John Alessio, will take on Marcelo Brito in a solid 170-pound clash, and former contestant on The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) 3, Jesse Forbes, will look to get back in the Zuffa good graces after dropping his only fight inside the Octagon against Matt Hamill at the TUF 3 Finale via technical knockout.
Forbes -- now a middleweight -- has since put together a three-fight win streak in smaller promotions since the defeat.
Overall, there are some solid mixed martial arts match ups being served up tonight. Not to mention, it doesn't really cost a penny — not in pay-per-view (PPV) terms, anyway.
